Homemade Vinaigrette Dressing


  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (add additional Italian seasonings as desired)
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp honey

Whisk together ingredients. Toss salad with dressing immediately after whisking. Store unused dressing in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature and mix before each use.
